Designer Carpet Outlet"I bought 2 Westex carpet remenants from designer carpet outlet: I have a small house, so one remnant was large enough to cover the stairs and the other remnant was large enough to cover my daughters bedroom. The remnant for the bedroom cost £55 and was 10 times cheaper than the price of the exact same carpet from my local carpet shop. Both carpets are beautiful quality, soft and very plush. When we had family round to visit last weekend, they were amazed how nice the new carpets looked and when I told my dad what good value the carpets were he said "that's incredible -well done"."

I love Westex carpets and couldn’t believe I got them so cheaply and in such lovely colours. I think I have saved at least £2000. 06/12/2020Designer Carpet Outlet"Just opened my three of my four new wool carpets from Designer Carpet Outlet and had them laid. They are absolutely beautiful, high end, quality carpets. They are 'smooth as silk' to hoover and have no 'nap' - so when hoovered they stay looking pristine when someone walks on them. They have cost me (including couriers costs) only a third of the Carpet Right quote for a much inferior polythingy carpet which had me shocked at how poor quality it was and even then was still out of my price range! Service was a perfect non pushy, friendly contact for all my questions. I was a little concerned at buying carpets over the internet. But he put the time in to answer all my queries and requests, contacted an amazing courier team for me and even let me know when they discovered a 'line fault' in one of my carpets - sending me photos, descriptions and offering a refund or discount before dispatching them. The colours 'on screen' were 'bang on' - actually I would say even more sumptuous in real life. I By the way I still can't find the 'line fault' in real life! I can recommend them completely - and I am a pretty high maintenance shopper. I got bargains and am chuffed."

I then had to change one of the delivery dates so they rang me and sorted it immediately. Had slight problem with the courier they sent one of the carpets to the wrong distribution depot I emailed and explained the problem so they rang the courier and resolved the issue. The service I received was second to none. Staff were extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble and they was just super efficient. The carpet is superb quality and the price only 1/3 of the price for same carpet elsewhere. Fantastic customer service."
