Orders must leave our premises within 14 days from your order date.
After 14 days, any items left on our premises will then incur a £20 per roll, per day charge for storage which will need to be paid to us prior to the items leaving our premises.
Any items left on our premises for longer than 28 days will be resold and no refund will be given.
Deliveries are arranged as ‘kerbside’ which means that you are responsible for taking the item(s) from the delivery vehicle to your premises. Although most drivers are happy to help, they are not obliged to do so. We advise having help available.
Carpets stocked in our outlet do not carry manufacturers guarantees.
If within 14 days of receipt of goods you wish to return any items which are still in their original condition and which have not been cut, this can be arranged. You are responsible for the return shipping which we can arrange for you.
The full value of the original order will be refunded less the shipping costs and the re-stocking fee of £20 per roll. No re-stocking fee will apply if you choose an alternative carpet.
We would recommend that all products are checked for the size, colour and quality ordered before cutting into the product as returns cannot be accepted once the product has been cut.
If you feel an item is not as described, we will ask for a picture to be emailed to identify the issue(s).
If the product you order becomes unavailable, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to allow you to select a similar product with a similar value.
A great deal of effort has been made to ensure the colours of carpets shown in photography on this website are as accurate as possible. However, colours may appear slightly differently on different devices.
Dye batches can also vary and therefore it may be possible that your carpet does vary slightly from the sample in either colour or texture or both.
We make every effort to match varying lots to, as near as possible but an exact colour match cannot be guaranteed.
Shading and flattening of carpets
In common with all pile fabrics, carpets may shade and show pile reversal. This occurs when the pile is brushed or lies in different directions and therefore reflects light differently. The extent to which your carpet will show the effects of shading depends upon its construction, design and use. Some carpets, such as Saxony, will probably show your footprints and this is a shading effect. This is not a manufacturing defect and will not affect the wear life of your carpet. Carpets will also flatten with time, particularly in high wear areas such as main walkways, stairs and in-front of sofas, etc.
In terms of tolerance of the carpets, slight size variations cannot be avoided but we warrant that tolerance should be within BS 3655, i.e. 1.25% either way.
